In 1984, Berry tennis courts were built with the help of the Tennis Club and the Community. The original tennis courts were hard surfaced courts, which then were converted to synthetic grass courts in 1999.
The courts, fences and lights are in good condition. They have been maintained regularly by the Tennis Club and Council’s Management Committee.
In 2005, a large flooding event occurred and caused major damage to the tennis courts. The tennis courts were fixed immediately for the use of the Vets Tournament in early October 2005.
