 Program Description
BodyCombat An addictive mix of kick boxing, tai chi, karate and self defence that will leave you feeling energised, strong and confident.
BodyPump Work all the major muscle groups of your body using adjustable weight loaded barbells to great music. This builds lean muscle mass which raises your metabolic rate to rapidly burn fat.
BodyStep Fat burning with a difference, delivering results fast. Combining rhythm and energy with an effective total body workout. The best butt & thigh workout on the planet.
BodyBalance Loosen and strengthen your muscles, while improving your posture and flexibility. This teaches valuable relaxation techniques.
BodyVive Low-impact, 55-minute class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength, stability, stretching and mobility.
Aqua
Aerobics
A multi-dimensional program in water, designed to improve and increase flexibility, and to strengthen and tone muscles. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness
Fit Swim An adult program designed to improve stroke technique and endurance in a non-competitive environment.  Caters for all abilities.
Pilates Floor style class that utilises exercises derived from Pilates and Yoga disciplines. It is designed to improve core strength and postural stability. This class is suited to all fitness levels.
Gentle Fit A gentle and effective workout, suitable for most people, including seniors. Improve your strength and bone density in this class which focuses on functional fitness.
Aqua Lite A low impact class suitable for those with or at risk of heart disease, diabetes and arthritis. Also suitable for the previously sedentary or recovering from illness.
Teen Gym For 13-18 year olds. A tailored fitness program in a supervised environment. Instructors guide participants in achieving and maintaining fitness. Note: All participants must be registered by a parent or guardian before commencing this program. Please get an enrolment form from Reception.
Kids Gym Circuit style class including games. Builds confidence, self esteem, and positive lifestyle skills in a non-competitive environment. Note: All participants must be registered by a parent or guardian before commencing this program.Please get an enrolment form from Reception.
Mini Minors Designed for ages 5-8 years. Introduces children to exercises that incorporate endurance, learning, play, core stability, flexibility, and hand - eye coordination. This is all done in a safe environment with age appropriate activities covering all development levels.Note: All participants must be registered by a parent or guardian before commencing this program. Please get an enrolment form from Reception.

Conditions of entry
Entry to the gym is subject to the following conditions:
  • Covered footwear must be worn. 
  • Each user must have their own towel and use it to wipe down equipment. 
  • No bags permitted in the gym. 
  • Mobile phones must be switched off. 
  • No mobile phones with video or imaging capabilities are permitted to be used in the Centre. 
  • All equipment must be replaced after use. 
  • No bare chests or swimmers to be worn in the gym. 
  • Neat, clean and dry clothing must be worn at all times. 
  • Teen Gym , Kids Gym and Mini Minor participants must pre-register. Please get an enrolment form and details from Reception. 
  • Management reserves the right to suspend or expel any customer for failing to comply with the Centre rules, or for conduct management deem improper and in any way detrimental to the best interest of the Centre. 
  • All patrons use the Centre at their own risk.
